About this handbook
Clavis is the digital city rally platform for Augsburg, developed as part of the DIWA 4.0 project (AMIF-funded) for the City of Augsburg's Office for Social Integration. This handbook describes how to use Clavis as a participant, coordinator, creator, administrator, or operator.
Content by role
Use the menu on the left to navigate between the five role-based sections:

| Participants | Join a run, solve challenges, earn points, chat with your team |
| Coordinators | Create runs, run them on the ground, score, review feedback |
| Creators | Design rallyes with stations, challenges, scoring rules |
| Administrators | Manage users and roles, organization settings, audit log |
| Deployment & Operations | Install, deploy, operate, update the platform |

Languages
The handbook is available in German and English. Switch languages via the globe icon at the top right. If an English translation is missing for a page, the display falls back to the German text automatically.
