Joining a Run

Enter the join code

If you have received a 6-character join code, open the Clavis app and type it on the start screen. Then tap Join.

Alternatively, scan the QR code displayed by your coordinator. The camera opens automatically and detects the code.

Choose a display name

After entering the code, you will be asked for your display name. This name is visible to your team members and the coordinator only. It is not linked to a user account and is not stored permanently after the run ends.

Select or create a team

You will see a list of existing teams. Select a team to join, or tap Create new team and enter a team name.

You can only join one team per run.

After joining

Once you have joined a team, you will be redirected to the station list. The run begins when the coordinator starts it.
