Team Chat

Team chat

The team chat is a private channel for your team. All team members can send and receive messages in real time.

Type your message in the text field and tap Send (or press Enter). Messages are limited to 2000 characters.

Request coordinator help

If your team is stuck and needs assistance, you can invite the coordinator into your chat. Tap the Request help button. The coordinator will see this request highlighted in their dashboard.

You can request help as often as you need — there is no limit.

Once the coordinator joins, they can read the previous chat history and help your team. They will leave the chat after the conversation.

Visibility

Chat messages are only visible to team members — not to other teams or participants. The coordinator can only see messages after an explicit invitation.
