Managing Rallyes

A rallye is the content template with all stations and challenges. It can be used by coordinators as the basis for runs once published.

Create a rallye

1. Open Rallyes in the navigation.
2. Tap New rallye.
3. Enter the title (German and optionally English) and a description.
4. Tap Save.

The rallye starts in Draft state.

Editing

In Draft state, all fields of the rallye, its stations, and challenges can be freely edited.

Publishing

Tap Publish to make the rallye available to coordinators. After publishing, content is locked — edits are no longer possible while active runs exist.

Unpublishing

If no active runs are based on the rallye, you can unpublish it (return to Draft) and continue editing.

Duplicating

Tap Duplicate to create a full editable copy of the rallye. The copy is in Draft state.

Archiving (soft-delete)

Archived rallyes are hidden from the working list but not permanently deleted. An administrator can restore them.
