Troubleshooting
Offline mode
If you briefly lose your internet connection, the app shows the last loaded data. Submissions are queued and automatically sent once the connection is restored.
TIP
Stay near a Wi-Fi connection when possible.
Camera issues
If the camera is not working:
- Open browser settings (address bar → lock icon → site permissions).
- Make sure Camera is set to "Allow".
- Reload the page.
For QR scan challenges, you can also enter the code manually.
Lost device / rejoining
If you switched devices or closed the page:
- Open the app again.
- Enter the same join code.
- Use the same display name as before.
- Select your team from the list.
Your previous submissions remain intact and are linked to the team.

Clavis works with all modern browsers:
- Google Chrome (current)
- Mozilla Firefox (current)
- Apple Safari (current)
- Microsoft Edge (current)
Internet Explorer is not supported. No app installation required.
