Creating a Run

A run is a live instance of a published rallye. As a coordinator, you create a run and manage it from start to finish.

Prerequisites

At least one published rallye must exist in your organization. Rallyes are prepared and published by creators.

Create a run

1. Open Runs in the navigation.
2. Tap Create run.
3. Select a rallye from the dropdown.
4. Optionally enter a name for the run (e.g., "Group A – 10 AM").
5. Optionally set a maximum number of teams.
6. Optionally set a scheduled start time (the run will start automatically at that time).
7. Tap Create run.

State after creation

The new run is in Configured state. Participants cannot join yet. You can start the run manually at any time or wait for the scheduled start time.
